Interacting with people we do not know has become a natural part of everyday life, whether through dating apps, online marketplaces, housing platforms, social media, or digital communities.

This survey explores how people experience trust, safety, risk, and privacy in these situations. We also want to understand how different forms of identity verification may affect trust between people interacting online.
